Product Introduction
The KT series thyristor voltage regulator integrates the main circuit, control circuit, feedback circuit, and protection circuit. Control the power of heating elements such as silicon carbide, molybdenum disilicide, iron chromium, iron chromium aluminum, tungsten, molybdenum, niobium, etc. to achieve precise temperature control. Widely used in industries such as melting, vacuum, heat treatment, electronics, and glass.
Job characteristics:
The thyristor voltage regulator adopts a phase-shifting triggering method to achieve stepless voltage regulation, and the output voltage regulation range is relatively wide, generally ranging from 0-98% of the rated input voltage. It has functions such as soft start, soft turn off, constant current, current limiting and phase loss protection, load disconnection protection, overcurrent protection, overheating protection, etc.
Instructions for Use:
1. Our company can also provide supporting electrical appliances such as transformers, primary distribution, primary measurement, and secondary measurement.
2. Input control signal: DC: O-5V; DC:0-10V; DC:4-20mA。
3. Soft start and soft stop; When the power supply is put into use or the given voltage changes sharply, the output will not change sharply, so the output voltage changes smoothly, and the shutdown time is about 2-3 seconds.
4. Current limiting: When the working current exceeds 105% of the rated current, the voltage regulator will automatically reduce the conduction angle and limit the output current to within 105% of the rated current.
5. Overcurrent protection: When the peak working current reaches 150% of the rated working current, the voltage regulator will quickly cut off all outputs and lock itself. The power must be turned off and the load checked before restarting normal operation.
6. Overheating protection: When the temperature of the thyristor radiator exceeds 85 ℃, the thyristor regulator will automatically cut off all outputs and lock itself. The power must be turned off and the fan must be checked before restarting and working normally.
