XHB-3000 Digital Brinell Hardness Tester
Product Introduction:
Brinell hardness test is the test method with the largest indentation among all hardness tests. It can reflect the comprehensive properties of materials and is not affected by microsegregation and uneven composition of the sample structure. Therefore, it is a high-precision hardness test method. Widely used in industrial fields such as metallurgy, forging, casting, untempered steel, and non-ferrous metals, laboratories, universities, and research institutions.
Main features:
The XHB-3000 digital Brinell hardness tester is an optical, mechanical, and electrical integrated product with a precision mechanical structure and microcomputer controlled closed-loop system. It is also the most advanced Brinell hardness tester in the world today. The instrument eliminates weights and adopts electric loading and unloading test force, which is fed back by a pressure sensor with a precision of 0.5 ‰. It is controlled by the CPU and can automatically compensate for the loss of test force during the test. The indentation can be directly measured on the instrument through a micrometer eyepiece, and the diameter, hardness value, and comparison table of 17 different hardness tests of the indentation can be displayed on the LCD screen, as well as the range of Brinell hardness test (HBW) automatically displayed in the current setting state. On the page, you can also set the load holding time and lighting brightness, and design an F/D2 selection table for user convenience. The instrument also has the terminal display, printing, and storage functions of sending RS232 serial port to PC. CCD camera device, image processing system, and video measurement device can also be optionally selected.
