The SLS single-stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump adopts the performance parameters of the IS centrifugal pump and the advantages of the vertical pump structure. It is a highly efficient and energy-saving product designed strictly in accordance with the international standard ISO2858 and the latest national standards. It is a novel vertical centrifugal pump that replaces conventional products such as IS horizontal pumps and DL pumps.
The flow range is 1.5~1200m3/h, the head range is 8~150m, and there are more than 250 specifications including component type, expansion type, A, B, C cutting type, etc. Design and manufacture SLR type hot water pumps, SLH type chemical pumps, SLY (YG) type oil pumps, and SLHY type vertical explosion-proof chemical pump series products with the same performance parameters according to different flow media and temperatures.

Product Features:
1. The pump has a compact structure, small volume, and beautiful appearance. Its vertical structure has a lower center of gravity and the center of gravity coincides with the center of the pump foot, enhancing the operational stability and lifespan of the pump.
2. Easy to install. The inlet and outlet diameters are the same and on the same centerline, and can be directly installed in any part of the pipeline like a valve. The motor with a rain cover can be used outdoors. The pump is equipped with mounting feet for stable installation.
3. Smooth operation, low noise, and high concentricity are evident. The motor adopts low-noise bearings and is equipped with a non-stop refueling device. The pump impeller has excellent dynamic and static balance, operates without vibration, and improves the working environment.
4. No leakage. The shaft seal adopts corrosion-resistant hard alloy mechanical seal, which solves the problem of serious leakage of centrifugal pump packing seal, extends the service life, and ensures a clean and tidy operating site.
5. Easy maintenance. No need to disassemble the pipeline, just remove the pump cover nut and take out the motor and transmission components for maintenance.
6. According to the on-site usage conditions, the pump can be installed vertically, horizontally, and in multiple ways. According to the flow head requirements, parallel and series methods can be used to increase the required flow head.

Application scope
1. SLS type vertical centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical properties similar to clean water. Use medium temperature below 80 ℃. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom cold and warm water circulation pressurization, and equipment matching.
2. The SLR vertical hot water pump is suitable for heating and hot water pressurization, circulation, transportation and other production processes in civil and enterprise units with heating systems, such as telephones, thermal power stations, waste heat utilization, metallurgy, chemical, textile, wood processing, papermaking and other industrial boilers. The operating temperature is below 120 ℃.
3. SLH vertical chemical pump is used to transport liquids that are corrosive and have a viscosity similar to water, without solid particles. Suitable for departments such as textile, petroleum, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with a usage temperature of -20 ℃~120 ℃.
4. SLY (YG) type vertical explosion-proof oil pump is suitable for transporting non corrosive, flammable, and explosive liquids in industries such as petroleum, textile, chemical, and machinery, with a conveyed medium temperature of -20 ℃~120 ℃. Medium density ρ ＜ 1000kg/m3.
5. The SLHY vertical explosion-proof chemical pump transports body fluids that do not contain solid particles, have corrosiveness, viscosity similar to water, and are flammable and explosive. Suitable for departments such as textile, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with a usage temperature of -20 ℃~120 ℃.

working conditions
The maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, which means that the pump suction pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the inlet pressure is greater than 0.4 MPa or the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6 MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
2. Applicable medium: The medium of the water pump should be free of corrosive liquids and solid insoluble substances, with a volume not exceeding 0.1% of the unit volume and a particle size<0.2mm. If the medium contains small particles, please specify when ordering.
3. The ambient temperature should not exceed 40 ℃ and the relative humidity should not exceed 95%.
