The desktop projector 23JB (JTT300) is mainly used for transmissive contour measurement of the tested parts. The 50X objective lens is equipped with a reflective illumination system, which can detect the external contour and position dimensions of the object. This instrument is easy to purchase, compact, with clear imaging and convenient operation.
As a measuring instrument, projectors are mainly used for the inspection of various mechanical parts with complex shapes or surface shapes, as well as various molds and cutting tools, especially for the inspection of various small parts, to avoid the influence of measurement force on measurement accuracy, and are particularly convenient for large-scale inspection.
When observing the surface quality of an object, a 50X objective lens should be selected and the power switch of the upper illumination reflection system should be turned on, so that the surface condition of the object can be observed on the projection screen.
When using a 10X objective lens, it is necessary to work in a dark room.
After replacing the light bulb, the position of the bulb and the condenser tube should be adjusted before use until a clear filament image appears on the projection screen, so that the instrument can work more normally.
