Structure and characteristics:
The TYB series adjustable pressure gear oil pump is composed of a pump body, front and rear covers, gear side plates, thrust plates, and fine-tuning components. The pump and motor form the oil pump unit through a coupling.

Scope of application and main purposes:
This type of pump is suitable for transporting heavy oil, coal tar, mechanical oil and other similar liquids with oil temperature below 180 ℃, no corrosiveness, and no metal impurities.
The gear and thrust plate of this type of pump are installed in a floating manner, so the gap between the gear and thrust plate can be manually adjusted by an external fine adjustment screw, which can restore the normal working pressure of the pump that has been working for a certain period of time due to the decrease in discharge pressure, greatly improving the effective service life of the pump. This type of pump is particularly suitable for use in combustion oil injection, pressurization, and other applications in fuel boilers and coal tar deep processing.
