Structure and characteristics
The YHB series vertical gear oil pump is composed of pump body, vertical chassis, power forced lubrication bearing sleeve shaft, safety valve, and reflux rubber oil seal and other components. The main transmission gear is composed of four helical gears, and the safety valve adopts a differential pressure structure. The entire series of gear oil pumps and electric motors adopt a tin direct connection structure.
The YHB series vertical and horizontal gear oil pump has a reasonable structure and is easy to use and maintain. It has the characteristics of smooth operation, low noise, and is suitable for long-term continuous work.

Scope of application and main purposes
YHB vertical and horizontal gear oil pumps are mainly used for forced lubrication of large mechanical equipment such as compressors, refrigerators, ships, etc. in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining, power stations, and environmental protection, as well as for long-term operation of oil supply systems in lubrication stations in various mechanical equipment. Mechanical oil, turbine oil, and other media with similar lubricating properties that do not contain solid particle impurities and have a viscosity of no more than 50mm2/S, with a conveying medium temperature of 30 ℃ -120 ℃.
