Overview of BWCB series insulation pump products

Structure and characteristics
The main overcurrent parts of this type of pump are equipped with hollow interlayers and have functions such as heating and insulation for conveying liquids and pumps through steam, hot water, thermal oil, etc. When the conveying viscosity is high, transmission methods such as reducers, speed regulating motors, or pulleys should be used to reduce the pump speed.

Scope of application and main purposes
The material of this type of pump is divided into two types according to the working temperature. Class I material HT200 is suitable for conveying to temperatures below 200 ℃, while Class II material Q235 is suitable for conveying non corrosive, solid particle free heavy oil/asphalt and other materials below 350 ℃ that have solidification at room temperature and require insulation during outdoor installation and process in high-altitude areas.
