The 3QGB series three screw pump is a positive displacement pump with significant advantages such as simple structure, small volume, stable and reliable high-speed operation, low pressure pulsation, stable flow rate, low noise, and high efficiency. It uses the principle of screw engagement to rely on the rotating screw to mesh with each other inside the pump sleeve, enclosing the conveyed medium in the engagement chamber and continuously pushing it at a constant speed along the screw axis to the discharge port, providing stable pressure for the system.
Three screw pumps are suitable for transporting various non corrosive oils and similar liquids, with a capacity of 760mm2/s. High viscosity media can be transported by heating to reduce viscosity, and their temperature generally does not exceed 350 ℃.
The 3QGB series three screw pump is made of cast steel and comes in two types: insulated and non insulated. It is recommended to use insulated screw pumps for high viscosity media.

The pump has good sealing performance and adopts mechanical seals. Different materials are selected for the friction parts of the mechanical seal according to the user's different media. For high viscosity media, hard alloy materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance are selected to ensure sealing performance at high temperatures.
