4、 Key function
1. Power on key: POWER is used to turn on and off the power of the instrument panel. Press once to turn on the power, and press again to turn off the power. Cycle the switch. Please make sure to turn off the power when not in use.
2. Data hold is used to maintain the current measurement results. Press the HOLD data hold button to keep the current value displayed on the instrument panel. When turned off, it will show "H" above the LCD. Press the HOLD data hold button again to exit the display hold function.
3. Range selection key: When the × 1 key is pressed once, the measurement range is 0-2000 μ w/cm2
When the X 10 key is pressed, the measurement range is 0-2000um/cm2, and the X 10 is displayed below the LCD
5、 Usage method
1. Pull the pull rod completely apart (1 meter)
2. Remove the probe protective cover and attach the probe to the rod (do not shake it casually after firmly attaching to prevent the probe from falling), so that the sensor window of the probe points vertically towards the measured ultraviolet light source, and be careful not to block the sensor window.
3. Hook the rod in the center of the UV disinfection lamp to be tested and turn on the UV disinfection lamp. Wait for the lamp to work stably.
4. Turn on the power switch of the radiometer, select the measurement range, and wait for the measurement range result to stabilize before reading.
5. After the measurement is completed, retract the rod and remove the probe, cover the probe cover, turn off the power, and store it in a dedicated instrument box.
6、 Maintenance, upkeep, and safe operation guidelines
If the battery undervoltage indicator symbol appears, it indicates that the battery needs to be replaced. You can use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws on the battery cover and move the battery cover away to remove the old battery and replace it with a new 9V battery. Then put on the battery cover and tighten the screws. If the instrument is not used for a long time, please remove the battery to avoid battery leakage and damage to the instrument.
Instruments should be maintained and used by dedicated personnel. Proofread according to national requirements for measuring products. Be careful not to store, use, or clean instruments in high temperature, high humidity, flammable, explosive, and strong magnetic environments. Only use a damp cloth and a small amount of detergent to clean the instruments. Do not use chemical solvents to wipe the case. If any abnormalities are found in the instruments, stop using them immediately and send them for repair.
When it is necessary to calibrate or repair the instrument, if there are no professional maintenance personnel or designated maintenance departments in the local area, it should be sent back to our company for repair to ensure the measurement performance of the instrument after repair.
Due to the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation on human skin and eyes, safety precautions should be taken during measurement to avoid damaging physical health. Do not change the internal wiring of the instrument to avoid damaging it and endangering safety.
