The QCX-4C crane electronic scale is mainly used for lifting equipment such as bridge cranes and gantry cranes. The device has a simple structure and is inexpensive, making it more suitable for occasions with low measurement requirements. Its accuracy depends on the percentage of the lifting weight that the sensor is subjected to, and the higher the proportion, the higher the accuracy. If the installation allows the sensor to be subjected to 100% force, it can also achieve the accuracy of a three-level scale. The enterprise standard number is Q/3204AQDH003-2003

(1) The QCX-4C crane electronic scale instrument mainly adopts 51 series microcontroller technology, which has functions such as weighing display, overload control, and large screen interface. You can also choose interface forms such as 4-20mA current interface. Desktop instruments can be equipped with panel printers.

(2) There are two types of signal transmitters used for the front part of the crane electronic scale: 4C-A type and 4C-B type. The 4C-A type can be connected to four sensor signals and powered by the instrument. The 4C-B type can also be connected to four sensor signals, but requires an AC220V power supply. The appearance of the two transmitters is the same.
