The GW32 series AC high-voltage isolation switch is an outdoor high-voltage transmission equipment with three-phase AC and a frequency of 50Hz. It is used to disconnect or connect high-voltage lines under no-load conditions, change the operation mode of distribution equipment and busbars, and achieve safe electrical isolation during maintenance of busbars, circuit breakers and other electrical equipment.
The GW32-12/40.5/72.5 high-voltage outdoor isolation switch is a double column horizontal fracture vertical opening structure, and its fracture is clearly visible after opening, which is conducive to inspection. The product has the advantages of small footprint, small inter phase distance, simple structure, easy operation, and simple appearance. The conductive switch adopts a two-step action, that is, after the moving contact comes into contact with the static contact seat, the moving contact flips 40 °, so that the contact pressure between the moving and static contacts is stable and reliable, achieving close contact with the static contact finger. The assembly of the static contact seat adopts an internal hidden external pressure structure, and the contact finger spring will not produce any diversion. The rotating part bearings adopt double sealed and self-lubricating bearings to maintain good lubrication and flexible rotation, and generally require minimal maintenance. This product can be supplied from above ground level.
This product complies with GB1985-2004 "AC High Voltage Isolating Switches and Grounding Switches", and is equivalent to IEC60129 (1984) "AC High Voltage Isolating Switches and Grounding Switches" and GB/T11022-1999 "Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards".
This product is equipped with rod-shaped pillar composite insulators (which can also be equipped with porcelain insulators, classified into three level and four level anti fouling types according to the pollution conditions of use). According to the grounding method, it can be divided into four forms: "ungrounded", "front grounded (with grounding switch on the auxiliary contact side)", "rear grounded (with grounding switch on the main contact side)", and "double grounded".
Product classification
1、 GW32-12、 The 40.5 and 72.5 outdoor isolation switches are composed of three independent single-phase isolation switches, an integral channel steel crossbeam, and two columns. They are the basic unit of the derived grounding switch.
2. Install one grounding switch for each phase of the front grounding switch (with a grounding switch on the side of the auxiliary contact finger seat).
3. Install one grounding switch for each phase of the rear grounding switch (with a grounding switch on the main contact finger seat side).
4. Two grounding switches are installed for each phase of the double grounding switch.
5. The installation method is horizontal installation.
6. According to the operation mode, it can be divided into three pole linkage or single pole operation.
7. According to the type of insulator material used, ceramic insulators and composite insulators are classified.
8. According to the working environment, it is divided into Level III anti fouling and Level IV anti fouling.
9. According to the operating mechanism, the main knife (isolation switch) has two types of operating mechanisms: electric and manual, while the ground knife (grounding switch) only has a manual operating mechanism. When the main knife is manually operated, use the CS17-G hand operated mechanism or the CS9-G hand operated mechanism, and use the CS17-G hand operated mechanism for the ground knife.
