GW6A-220 D (W) outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is a single column three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage transmission equipment, used to disconnect or connect high-voltage lines under no-current conditions, and to achieve safe electrical isolation during maintenance of busbars, circuit breakers and other equipment.
This product has a symmetrical scissor structure, which forms a vertical insulation fracture after opening. The opening and closing states are clear and intuitive, which is very conducive to inspection and suitable for soft and hard busbars.
GW6A-220D (W) high-voltage isolation switch is usually used as a busbar isolation switch in power distribution equipment, with the advantage of small footprint. Its land saving effect is most significant in distribution equipment with double busbar and bypass connection.
GW6A-220 D (W) outdoor high-voltage isolation switch can be equipped with a Type II grounding switch for grounding the lower end of the fracture (lower lead). The ability of Type II grounding switch to withstand short-circuit current is the same as that of isolation switch. This isolation switch and the attached grounding switch are each equipped with independent operating mechanisms, and mechanical interlocking devices are installed on the isolation switch to ensure the correct operation sequence between the isolation switch and the grounding switch.
There are two types of operating mechanisms used with this product:
CJ2-XG or other models of electric mechanical operating mechanisms, used for operating isolation switches.
CS9-G hand operated mechanism, used for operating grounding switches.
This isolation switch and grounding switch are both three-phase mechanical linkage.
The product features: GW6A-220 D (W) type isolation switch is an improved product based on GW6-220 D (W) type. The improved isolation switch has added oil injection devices in the rotating and transmission parts, which will not cause rusting during long-term operation. Ensuring the reliability of product operation and reducing daily maintenance and upkeep.
