10KV single-phase distribution transformers shall comply with the national standards GB1094 "Power Transformers", GB/T6451 "Technical Parameters and Requirements for Three phase Oil immersed Power Transformers", and JB/10317-02 "Technical Parameters and Requirements for Single phase Oil immersed Distribution Transformers".

The D9-M.R-5-100/10 series is a single-phase oil immersed R-type coiled iron core distribution transformer. The single-phase iron core is an R-type single frame double core column rolled structure, with spot welding on the outermost layer without binding. The iron core material is selected from cold-rolled silicon steel sheets such as DQ-133-30 (Type 9), 30ZH120 (Type 11), and 23ZH90 (Type 13). The iron core material used in actual production shall not be lower than the requirements of the drawing. The allowable deviation width for longitudinal cutting of iron core sheets is 0.2mm, and the shear burrs are less than 0.03mm. The iron core is continuously rolled without joints. The width of the R-type iron core ensures that the cross-section of the iron core is circular. After the iron core is rolled, it is vacuum annealed to eliminate stress and reduce losses.
