The BLP1 series electric drive excitation variable resistor is suitable for long-distance operation in industrial and mining enterprises, power stations, and power plants, or for automatic control through other auxiliary components to provide voltage adjustment and DC motor speed regulation for circuits with excitation voltage not exceeding 500 volts.

structure
·The BLP1 series electric drive excitation variable resistor is composed of a resistance element and a conversion device mounted on an insulation panel. The resistance element is formed by winding a resistance wire around a threaded tube ceramic skeleton.
·The conversion device consists of two parts: electric transmission and manual transmission. Electric transmission is adjusted by a 220 volt or 110 volt 40w1800 rpm DC servo motor through a variable speed gear transmission brush. For manual transmission, simply press the operating handwheel with force to disengage the coaxial variable speed gear and drive the brush for adjustment. The manual part is used for timely maintenance in case of motor failure.
