Structure Description Construction
The inlet and outlet directions of the pump are all vertically upward, and different stages are selected according to the required head.
The stator part of the pump consists of components such as the inlet section, middle section, outlet section, tail cover, and bearing body.
The rotor part of the pump consists of components such as shaft, impeller, shaft sleeve, and balance plate, supported at both ends on ball bearings.
The static joint surfaces of the inlet, middle, and outlet sections of the pump are sealed by tightening the bolts with paper pads. To prevent water from entering the bearing, a "○" - shaped sealing ring is installed in the shaft sleeve. Mechanical seals are used for the shaft seals at both ends of the pump body.
The bearing bodies at both ends of the pump have annular cooling chambers. When the transported liquid exceeds 80 ℃, cold water should be introduced to cool the bearings.
The calcium based grease lubricant inside the bearing can be injected through the oil cup.
From the direction of the inlet section, the pump rotates clockwise.
