Overview
D. The DM, DF, DY series pumps are single suction multi-stage segmental centrifugal pumps. This series of pumps adopts the national recommended energy-saving and high-efficiency hydraulic model, jointly developed by Hunan Liou Pump Industry Co., Ltd. and China University of Mining and Technology. The technical conditions comply with GB/T5657 "Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Pumps Class III", and have the characteristics of wide performance coverage, high efficiency, reasonable structure, safe operation, stable operation, low noise, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance.
Purpose
D-type pump is suitable for water supply and drainage in mines, factories, and cities. It is used to transport clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water that do not contain solid particles or abrasives, and do not contain suspended solids.
DM type pump, suitable for steel plants, mine drainage, sewage transportation and other occasions, for transporting mine drainage and other sewage with solid particle content not exceeding 2% and particle size less than 0.5mm.
DF type pump is used for conveying corrosive liquids without solid particles, and can also be used as a boiler feedwater pump.
DY type pump is suitable for conveying oil or petroleum products that do not contain solid particles and have a viscosity of less than 120 centixtles.

structural characteristics
This series of pumps is installed horizontally, with a horizontal suction port and a vertical upward discharge port. The inlet and outlet structure of the water pump can also be changed as needed. It mainly consists of a shell part, a rotor part, a balancing mechanism, a bearing part, and sealing components.
Shell part: mainly composed of the inlet section, middle section, outlet section, guide vanes, etc. connected by bolts, forming the working chamber.
Rotor components: mainly composed of a shaft and impeller, shaft sleeve, balance disc and other parts mounted on the shaft. The components on the shaft are fastened together using flat keys and shaft sleeve nuts, and the entire rotor is supported in the pump housing by bearings at both ends. The number of blades in the rotor component is determined by the number of pump stages.
Balance mechanism: composed of balance ring, balance sleeve, balance pipeline, etc.
Bearing components: mainly composed of bearing body, bearing, and bearing cover. Except for the 85-67, 155-67, 600-80, and 800-80 pumps which use sliding bearings and thin oil lubrication, all other pumps use rolling bearings and grease lubrication.
Sealing components are generally sealed with packing, but mechanical seals can also be used.
Transmission: The pump is directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling. From the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
