Overview
ZLB and ZLQ pump series are single-stage vertical axial flow pumps, while ZWB (Q) and ZXB (Q) pump series are extra large horizontal and inclined axial flow pumps, suitable for conveying clean water, sewage (or wastewater), and slightly corrosive liquids. This type of pump has a low head and a large flow rate, and can be used for agricultural irrigation, salt fields, aquaculture, water supply, sewage treatment, power plant transportation of circulating water, dock and other water conservancy projects for water supply and drainage. It can also be used in industries such as metallurgy and chemistry. The temperature of the transported liquid is generally not higher than 50 ℃.

structural characteristics
1. Double foundation vertical split structure
A pump mainly consists of a pump body, a transmission device, and a transmission shaft. The axial flow pump body consists of an inlet horn, impeller, guide vane body, outlet bend, shaft, bearing, packing seal, etc. (see figure). The pump shaft is supported by two sets of water lubricated rubber bearings at both ends, and the shaft neck surface is coated with hard chromium.
Two sets of nuts are installed at each end of the pump shaft, which are respectively fixed to the hub wheel body and coupling. When the pump is running, all axial forces are borne by the thrust bearings inside the transmission device. The axial displacement of the pump rotor is adjusted by the round nut inside the transmission device.
The axial force of the pump, the weight of the transmission device and motor, and the weight of the rotor are all borne by the floor foundation supporting the transmission device. The weight of the pump casing is borne by the pump foundation.
There is an intermediate transmission shaft between the vertical motor and the water pump, with the motor end of the transmission shaft being an elastic coupling and the water pump end being a rigid coupling. The installation elevation of the motor is agreed upon by the user and the manufacturer.
The length of the transmission shaft is generally used within the size range specified in the installation outline drawing. If it exceeds the specified size, an intermediate bearing needs to be installed.
