DGT series low-noise fan case
（1） Introduction
1. The structural design of this series of products adopts two types: DGT-I axial flow fan box and DGT-2 centrifugal fan box
DGT-L axial flow fan box is suitable for fire smoke exhaust or ventilation exhaust in civil buildings. It is a low-noise and high-efficiency fan with advantages such as compact structure, good performance, and easy installation. It can also be used for smoke exhaust and ventilation in high-rise buildings, underground civil defense projects, underground garages, mine culverts, etc. Especially used on the rooftop platforms of high-rise buildings, its characteristics are more prominent. This product reduces equipment noise and meets environmental requirements.
The DGT2 centrifugal fan case adopts an air conditioning fan and uses forward multi blade impellers, which have the characteristics of high flow rate, high pressure, low noise, and light weight.

2. The DGT series low-noise fan case can be driven by a variable pole multi speed three-phase asynchronous motor according to the different ventilation requirements of high-end civil buildings. It has the characteristics of adjustable speed, variable air volume and pressure over a large range, and wide applicability. It can be used for two purposes, reducing the area of the machine room and saving investment and operating costs.

3. The gas transported by this fan case should be air or other non self igniting gas that is non corrosive to steel materials. The gas must not contain viscous substances, and the content of dust and hard particles should not exceed 150mg/cubic meter.

4. There are two types of DGT series fan cases available for users to choose from: Type A and Type B. The type with a cooling system installed on the motor is Type A, and the type without a cooling system installed on the motor is Type B. The A-type fan case can be used as a fire smoke exhaust fan. The fan case can operate continuously for more than 40 minutes under high temperature conditions of 280~C, and can operate for a long time under temperature conditions of 50 ℃.
