The LDSG type fluidized particle electric furnace transformer series is suitable for regulating the power supply voltage of fluidized particle electric furnaces on AC circuits with a rated frequency of 50 Hz. The input coil and output coil are made of iron core and glass fiber wrapped wire, and a SWG type 250A no-load tap changer is installed above the body. The primary coil is a multi-layer cylindrical self coupling type, with each tap connected to the switch. The secondary coil between turns is connected to the input terminal of the electric furnace through the output terminal. The change in output voltage is obtained by changing the number of turns of the primary coil. For safety and fire prevention reasons, a dry-type self cooling structure is adopted, and the entire transformer body is installed in a box shell made of steel plate with ventilation holes. A lifting ring that can lift the entire transformer body is installed on the transformer cover plate.
