TG328A Analytical Balance User Manual
1. The G328A analytical balance belongs to the double disc equal arm type. The crossbeam is made of copper nickel alloy and is equipped with three agate knives, with a fixed pivot knife in the middle and adjustable load-bearing knives on both sides.
2. The point knife is located on the pivot knife pad, which is fixed to the upper end of the balance column.
3. The crossbeam stop device is a double-layer folding wing type. When the balance is opened, the heavy knife on the crossbeam must contact before the fulcrum knife. In order to avoid blade damage and ensure the reproducibility of the crossbeam position, the balance should be opened gently and steadily to avoid impact and shaking.
4. The left and right ends of the crossbeam are hung with load-bearing hooks, and the left load-bearing hook is equipped with a weight bearing frame. These two parts are respectively hung on the small blade, and there is also a weighing plate hanging on the load-bearing hook.
5. The entire balance is fixed on a marble base plate, with two spiral feet installed at the lower front of the bottom plate for adjusting the horizontal position, and one fixed foot installed at the back. There is a glass door in front of the wooden frame of the balance that can be opened, closed, and stopped at any position, and a glass sliding door on the right side.
6. The damping device in the middle of the upper section of the weighing plate is made of aluminum alloy plate and fixed on the center pillar. It uses air resistance to reduce the swinging time of the crossbeam, achieve rapid stillness, and thus improve work efficiency.
7. Optical projection device, fixed in front of the base plate, can directly read weight values within 0.1-10 milligrams.
8. The left side of the outer frame of the balance is equipped with a mechanical weighting device, which can change the required weight value from 10 milligrams to 199.990 grams through the indicator knob for adjusting weights in three levels.
