The SYD-0702 Marshall Electric Compaction Instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in T0702 "Method for Making Asphalt Mixture Specimens (Compaction Method)" of the industry standard JTJ052 "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" of the People's Republic of China. The specimens produced by this instrument comply with the requirements for specimens proposed in T0709 "Marshall Stability Test for Asphalt Mixtures" of the JTJ052 test regulations, and are specialized equipment for forming specimens in asphalt mixture Marshall tests.

1、 Main technical features
1. The SYD-0702 Marshall electric compaction instrument is a floor standing structure consisting of two parts: mechanical transmission and control instruments. The mechanical transmission mechanism consists of a motor, a reducer, and a chain drive.
2. The circuit control adopts single-chip microprocessor control, with a preset counter that can be selected freely within the range of 0~999. It can automatically compact, stop, cut off the power, and turn off the motor according to the pre-set compaction times, ensuring that it stops at a convenient position for lifting and unloading the hammer.
3. There is a safety control lever that prevents the compaction head from falling off when the trial mold is being installed or removed.
