The SYD-0719A automatic rutting tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in T0719 "Asphalt Mixture Rutting Test" of the industry standard JTJ052-2000 "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" of the People's Republic of China. It is a scientific research type automatic rutting tester suitable for studying and measuring the high-temperature rutting resistance of asphalt mixtures in relevant research institutes, colleges and universities, supervision departments, construction units, etc. It can also be used as an auxiliary inspection for asphalt mixture mix design.

1、 Main technical features
1. This instrument is a floor standing structure, using PC control technology. The testing process automatically controls temperature, timing, and displays the displacement of the wheel ruts in real time, and automatically records the displacement curve and prints reports.
2. Simultaneously displaying the curves of time and displacement, time and temperature changes during the experiment, providing practical basis for research institutions studying the rutting characteristics of asphalt mixtures.
3. The absolute temperature sensor is used to collect temperature, and the PWM modulation method is used for temperature control. The temperature stability is high, there is no overshoot, and there is no temperature drift during long-term testing (eliminating the influence of long-term working temperature drift of general thermoelectric corner temperature sensors on test data).
4. Adopting high-precision A/D (16 bit) and D/A (16 bit) modules to ensure the accuracy and resolution of displacement measurement and temperature control. The constant temperature box adopts external circulation heating method, and the temperature field is uniform.
5. The biggest difference between this instrument and the popular type is that it can be used for sample immersion testing, and can control the temperature of the sample surface, water temperature, and internal temperature. It can conduct tests and research on the sample under various conditions.
