The SYD-0755 Load Wheel Compaction Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in T0755 "Rolling Test of Emulsified Asphalt Slurry Seal Coat Mixture" in the JTJ052-2000 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" of the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China. It is suitable for determining whether there is excess asphalt in the emulsified asphalt slurry seal coat mixture, controlling the upper limit of asphalt dosage, and determining the optimal asphalt dosage of the emulsified asphalt slurry seal coat mixture together with the wet wheel abrasion test.

1、 Main technical features
1. This instrument is a floor standing structure, and its structural design, as well as the specifications and dimensions of the testing equipment, all meet the requirements of T0755 standard. The design is innovative, the structure is reasonable, and it is easy to use.
2. The mechanical transmission part is designed with safety protection devices to prevent accidental injury to the operator, ensuring safety and reliability.
3. The rolling frequency during the experiment is pre-set by the operator, and the instrument automatically counts when it is in operation until the count value equals the set value, at which point the counting stops and the instrument stops working.
