The SYD-268 Petroleum Product Residual Carbon Tester (Conradson Method) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Chinese standard GB/T 268 "Determination of Petroleum Product Residual Carbon (Conradson Method)". It is suitable for determining the residual carbon content of petroleum products after evaporation and pyrolysis according to the methods specified in this standard, in order to provide an indicator of the relative coking tendency of petroleum products.

1、 Main technical features
1. The design of the SYD-268 petroleum product residual carbon tester (Conics method) fully complies with the requirements of GB/T268 standard.
2. The design is simple and the supporting facilities are complete. After purchasing, users only need to equip household gas (or other civilian gas) for testing.

2、 Main technical parameters and indicators
1. Ceramic crucible: short, with a capacity of approximately 30 milliliters.
2. Inner iron crucible: made of iron sheet, with a capacity of 75 ± 5 milliliters, and coated with black on the surface.
3. Outer iron crucible: made of iron sheet, with a capacity of 190 ± 10 milliliters, covered, and coated with black on the surface.
4. Tripod: Made of iron, polished with nickel chromium plating on the surface, with a height of 250 ± 10 milliliters and a ring diameter of Ø 130 ± 5 millimeters.
5. Flame blocking body: made of 0.6-0.8mm thick iron sheet, with a diameter of 90 ± 2mm for the upper opening and 82 ± 2mm for the lower opening, and equipped with asbestos pressure ring inside. Another special type of trace flame body has three curved legs inside the hole, which can be used to directly support the crucible.
