The SYD-2801F low-temperature penetration tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in the Chinese standard GB/T4509 "Determination of Penetration of Petroleum Asphalt" and the Chinese industry standard JTJ052 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering", specifically T0604 "Penetration Test of Asphalt". It is suitable for testing the penetration of asphalt under low-temperature conditions. This instrument can also be used for needle penetration testing of solid particles, powders, colloids, frozen bodies and other materials, as well as food raw materials such as cheese, sugar gum, butter, malt extract, cream, fermented bodies, etc. under low temperature conditions. It can be widely used in the food industry, transportation and highway engineering, and other industrial sectors.

1. This instrument consists of two parts: a digital penetrometer and a low-temperature constant temperature water bath.
2. The needle penetration meter adopts a digital display, a constant temperature water bath, and a 2-speed needle penetration time control device.
3. A dedicated low-temperature circulating constant temperature water bath provides circulating constant temperature water to the glassware container on the working platform of the penetration tester, creating a pre-set and constant low-temperature environment required for the tested sample.
