The SYD-30011 digital temperature control electric furnace residual carbon analyzer is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the industry standard SH/TO170 "Residual Carbon Determination Method (Electric Furnace Method)" of the People's Republic of China. It is suitable for determining the residual carbon of lubricating oil, heavy liquid fuel or other petroleum products according to the test methods specified in SH/TO170 standard.
1、 Main technical features
1. The SYD-30011 digital temperature control electric furnace residual carbon analyzer adopts an integrated structural design, with the heating furnace and controller forming a complete whole, which is novel and beautiful.
2. The SYD-30011 digital temperature control electric furnace residual carbon analyzer adopts a digital temperature controller with main heating and auxiliary heating functions. The auxiliary heating can be automatically or manually controlled according to the needs, making it easy to use.
3. The maximum temperature of the heating furnace can reach 520 ℃, and the temperature control accuracy within the full temperature control range can reach ± 5 ℃, meeting the requirements of the experiment.
3. The instrument is a desktop structure, with a heating furnace consisting of four holes, which can simultaneously place four samples for testing, resulting in high testing efficiency.
