The SYD-3554 petroleum wax oil content tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Chinese standard GB/T3554 "Petroleum Wax Oil Content Determination Method". It is suitable for determining the oil content of petroleum wax with a freezing point above 30 ℃ and an oil content not exceeding 15%.
Note: For some waxes with an oil content greater than 5%, if the oil cannot be completely dissolved in butanone and separates into layers, this method should not be used.

1、 Main technical features
1. The -35 ℃ cold bath is an independently designed refrigeration device with 4 cold tanks, which can be grouped to test 2 samples.
2. The wax bath and 35 ℃ evaporator are designed as a whole, with the lower part being a wax bath at room temperature~95 ℃. The temperature of the water bath is controllable and adjustable; The upper part is an air bath evaporation device, with a controlled temperature of 35 ℃.
3. The temperature regulation and control of both the cold bath and water bath evaporators are carried out using digital temperature controllers, ensuring accurate temperature regulation and control.
4. The blowing volume entering the sample in the evaporation device is detected by a glass rotor flowmeter, which can accurately control the blowing volume according to the specific requirements of the test. The blowing time can be set arbitrarily by a timer within 60 minutes according to the time requirements of the test.
5. The overall design of the instrument is a desktop structure, with a novel design, reasonable structure, and easy use.
