The SYD-508 Petroleum Product Ash Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Chinese standard GB/T 508 "Determination of Ash Content in Petroleum Products", and is suitable for determining the ash content of petroleum products according to the method specified in GB/T508. However, this instrument is not suitable for the determination of ash content in petroleum products containing raw ash additives (including certain phosphorus containing compounds), lubricating oils containing lead, and used engine crankcase oils.

1、 Main technical features
1. The SYD-508 petroleum product ash analyzer consists of a digital box type resistance furnace and an electric heating plate. The instrument has a small volume and occupies less space.
2. The box type resistance furnace adopts an integral structure, digital temperature controller, special refractory materials and heating devices, with short heating time, small temperature overshoot, stable and accurate temperature control, long service life, and beautiful overall design.
3. The upper flat plate of the electric heating plate is made of cast iron, and the steel plate inside the box shell is stamped and welded, making it small and durable.
