The SYD-5208 rapid low-temperature closed flash point tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese standard GB/T 5208 "Determination of Flash Point - Rapid Equilibrium Closed Cup Method". It can meet the requirements of petroleum, chemical, coating, paint, railway, aviation, power, commercial inspection, military and scientific research units for rapid testing of closed flash points of petroleum products.
The SYD-5208 rapid low-temperature closed flash point tester is particularly suitable for testing the closed cup flash point of various paints, coatings, adhesives, solvents, petroleum and related products within the range of -30 ℃ to 50 ℃. This instrument also meets the requirements of ISO 1523 and ISO 3679 standards.
1、 Main technical features of SYD-5208 rapid low-temperature closed flash point tester
1. Designed according to the standard GB/T 5208 "Determination of Flash Point - Rapid Equilibrium Closed Cup Method", the aim is to achieve rapid and low-temperature testing of the flash point of a closed cup.
2. Using semiconductor refrigeration devices and external cooling water cooling devices, the instrument has a small volume, fast cooling speed, and is easy to use.
3. There are few test samples, and only 2 ml is required for each injection (4 ml for solid or semi-solid samples).
4. Except for ignition, the testing process is automatically completed and the test results are automatically printed.
