The SYD-6532 Salt Content Tester for Crude Oil and Its Products is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the national standard GB/T6532 "Determination of Salt Content in Crude Oil and Its Products". It is suitable for the determination of salt content in crude oil and its products, as well as for the determination of lead content in gasoline using the GB/T6535 Chromate Capacity Method.
This instrument can be used to determine the total amount of halides with a concentration of 0.002-0.02% (by weight) in crude oil, topping oil, cracked oil residue, and fuel oil, as well as to determine the contamination of used turbine oil and marine fuel oil by seawater.
1、 Main technical features
1. The salt content tester for SYD-6532 crude oil and its products is a desktop structure consisting of three parts: the tester body, control box, and temperature regulating electric furnace. The control box and the tester body are separated and only connected by wires. The design is reasonable and easy to use.
2. The main components of the extractor, including a 500ml flask (with electric heating wire and plug), condenser, and cylindrical drip funnel, all meet the requirements specified in GB/T6532 standard.
