The GL-40.5 isolation handcart (VD4) is equipped with a screw nut pushing mechanism in the frame, which can easily move the handcart and prevent damage to the pushing structure due to misoperation; Suitable for KYN61-40.5 armored withdrawable metal enclosed switchgear used in three-phase AC 50Hz, 40.5KV single busbar segmented power systems. The handcart is equipped with different primary components, which can have busbar connection, energy measurement, power equipment overload or short circuit protection functions, and serve as a protection function unit during system maintenance. The product meets the relevant provisions of GB/T11022-1999 "General Technical Spare Parts for High Voltage Switchgear". According to the selected configuration scheme of the handcart, it can have reliable position and interlocking functions.
2. GL-40.5 Isolation Handcart (VD4) Usage Conditions

2.2 Relative humidity of the air: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%; The daily average value of water vapor pressure shall not exceed 2.2kPa;
The monthly average value is not greater than 1.8kPa;
2.3 Altitude: not exceeding 1000m;
2.4 There is no obvious pollution from dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, steam, or salt spray around;
2.5 Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and control equipment can be ignored;
The amplitude of induced electromagnetic interference in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.6kV.
3. GL-40.5 Isolation Handcart (VD4) Technical Parameters
4. Main technical parameters
The 4.1 series handcart functional units can be divided into isolation handcart (hereinafter referred to as GL car), voltage transformer handcart (hereinafter referred to as PT car), current transformer handcart (hereinafter referred to as CT car), metering handcart (hereinafter referred to as JL car), fuse handcart (hereinafter referred to as RD car), lightning arrester handcart (hereinafter referred to as BL car), grounding handcart (hereinafter referred to as JD car) according to their respective functional functions, equipped with a dedicated propulsion mechanism, which can achieve the exchange of working and testing positions. And similar handcarts have extremely high interchangeability.
4.1.1 The overall structure of the Gl vehicle is arranged in a front and rear layout, using a composite insulation structure with excellent insulation performance. The secondary conductive part is installed in the insulation cylinder made of epoxy resin poured by APG (pressure gel) process. With the insulation cylinder as the insulation skeleton, the insulation to ground is borne by the inside and outside of the insulation cylinder, and the insulation between the phases is borne by the composite insulation of cylinder wall and air. The secondary part is located inside the mechanism box and dedicated propulsion mechanism, with a simple and compact structure. Provide isolation and fracture function for communication between main busbars and system maintenance.
4.1.2 PT car, CT car, and RD car also adopt composite insulation structure, with insulation supported by air, upper and lower insulation covers, and contact arm sleeves.
4.1.3 According to the actual needs of the project, PT vehicles can be equipped with one, two, or three voltage transformers.
4.2 To prevent the operation of the handcart unit under load, GL, PT, RD, and JD vehicles are all equipped with locking electromagnets. The locking of the working position and test position of the handcart is achieved through the electromagnetic lock on the dedicated propulsion mechanism, and there is a reliable travel switch to display the position. When the handcart is in the test or working position and the locking electromagnet is not powered, it will not be able to advance or exit the handcart.
Among the secondary plugs used for the 4.3 series handcart, 58 pin plugs are used for the test position and working position, while 46 pin plugs are used for the rest.
