Purpose and Characteristics:
YBN type vane pump belongs to single acting vane pump, which relies on moving the eccentric position of the stator to change the flow rate of the pump. This pump is equipped with a compensation device and a maximum flow control mechanism, which automatically reduces the output flow of the pump when the system reaches the set pressure.
YBN type vane pump is suitable for combination machine tools and other equipment as a variable oil supply hydraulic energy source, which can reduce oil hydraulic heating and electric motor power consumption.

2. The flow rate in the table is the flow rate when the speed is 1000r/min and the stator is in the maximum eccentric position. The output power is the theoretical power at the flow rate and maximum pressure.
3. The volumetric efficiency is the minimum allowable value of the ratio of flow rate at a pressure equal to 5 MPa to zero pressure.
Notes:
1. The oil absorption height shall not exceed 500mm.
2. The oil pump drive shaft does not bear radial loads, and the installation size of the pump can only be positioned using a convex platform with a diameter of 90f8, with direct transmission through a coupling.
3. The speed range of the pump is 600-1200r/min. At 950r/min, it has high volumetric efficiency, low friction, and long service life; When the speed is below 950r/min (a requirement must be made when ordering), the volumetric efficiency is low; When the speed exceeds 950r/min, there is significant wear; Do not exceed the speed range of the pump.
