Good results have been achieved in the measurement of combustion air, cold air, and gas (blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, converter gas) in hot blast furnaces of steel plants, as well as in the measurement of primary and secondary air and other large-diameter, low flow velocity pipelines in boilers of thermal power plants.
Solve the precise measurement of various gas flow rates in current industrial enterprises with low pressure, large pipe diameter, and low flow rate. It is the only high-precision, wide measurement range, and easy to install fluid measurement device in China that has obtained a license for manufacturing measuring products. The unique structural design and data processing method have strict fluid mechanics basis and have been calibrated in the national key wind tunnel laboratory for real flow.
LGW Dual Venturi Tube Usage:
It can be widely used for the control and measurement of large-diameter fluids in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power.
Characteristics of LGW Dual Venturi Tube:
(1) The resistance generated by the fluid is small, about 150Pa, so the energy consumption is low.
(2) Large pressure difference, high accuracy, and wide measurement range.
