Working Principle:
After the crane lifts a heavy object, the sensor is compressed and generates a voltage millivolt signal proportional to the weight. The signal is amplified by an amplifier, converted from A/D to digital, input to the microcontroller for intelligent processing, and sent to the digital display screen for display. At the same time, the microcontroller compares the measured weight with the preset rated load. When the weight of the heavy object reaches the rated load, the limiter emits an alarm sound to remind the operator to pay attention. When the immediate alarm point is reached, in addition to emitting a continuous alarm sound, the relay inside the limiter will activate, immediately cutting off the power supply of the lifting contactor of the crane. The crane will stop working in an unsafe direction, but it will not affect other structural actions to achieve load limiting protection.
