The LYC-III-20 (30, 50, 100) tensile testing machine (mechanical performance testing machine for electric safety tools) consists of a hydraulic loading system, a safety helmet test bench, and a microcomputer measurement and control system. Complies with the requirements of the State Power Company's "Preventive Testing Regulations for Power Safety Tools" (Guodian Fa [2002] No. 777), completes various preventive mechanical performance tests in accordance with the regulations, and is widely applicable to mechanical testing of safety and high-altitude tools in industries such as power, telecommunications, and construction.  

Performance of LYC tensile testing machine

1. The project can conduct mechanical performance tests on all electrical safety tools such as seat belts, foot buckles, bamboo (wood) ladders, lifting boards, safety helmets, etc.
2. Alternatively, parameters can be set to conduct mechanical performance tests on other soft and hard materials, such as ropes, line insulators, hoists, and other lifting tools.
3. Chinese character menu display, human-machine dialogue operation.
4. The testing process is controlled by a microcomputer.
5. The loading is smooth and there is no overshoot phenomenon. It can switch between manual/automatic operation, making the operation more convenient and accurate.
6. Has peak recording (commonly used for destructive tests such as safety helmets).
7. The equipment configuration is advanced, using imported display screens and some imported original components.
8. Print out the certificate of conformity that meets the requirements of the regulations.
