Product Overview:
The QDX-F stainless steel submersible pump adopts a fully stainless steel shell design, consisting of three parts: water pump, seal, and motor. The motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor mechanism. The water pump is located at the lower part of the motor and adopts an upward suction structure, which can prevent blockage caused by the electric pump getting stuck in the sludge. The appearance adopts precision casting and stainless steel barrel, which is beautiful and generous, with characteristics of rust prevention, corrosion resistance, and no pollution. Widely used in various special requirements such as corrosion resistance, hygiene and cleanliness. The water pump adopts a double end mechanical seal device, which has the characteristics of reliable sealing and safe use. Seals and cables are made of corrosion-resistant fluororubber according to the medium conditions, ensuring safety and hygiene. The overall structure of the pump is compact, with small volume, light weight, and easy maintenance. It can be used underwater. There is an overheat current protector installed inside the electric pump to prevent the motor from overheating due to overload. Equipped with a liquid level control float, the pump can automatically start and stop according to changes in water level when unattended.

The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 60 ℃, the volume ratio of solid impurities in the medium shall not exceed 0.1%, the particle size shall not exceed 0.2mm, and the pH value of the medium shall be between 4-10; The depth of the motor submerged in the liquid shall not exceed 5m, and the portion of the motor exposed to the liquid surface shall not exceed 1/2 of the motor.
