selection method

Setting of torque
1. The torque setting of the torque limiter only requires tightening or loosening the adjusting bolt (adjusting nut)
2. After installing the torque limiter on the shaft, torque adjustment can be performed, and the steps are as follows:
TLA127 to TLA508 models:
Firstly, turn the nut to secure the disc spring to one piece, and then twist each adjusting bolt 60 °
Secondly, if the torque limiter still slides under normal load conditions, gradually tighten the nut (TLA50-TLA89 type) or bolt (TLA127-TLA508 type),
Until the torque limiter no longer slides
Note that the tightness of each bolt must be uniform. First, try adjusting it several times to find the correct torque setting for the relevant machine. The relationship between the effective angle and the preset torque can be used as a reference
When adjusting precise torque, it is advisable to rotate the torque limiter nut or bolt 45 ° and test run it for about 500 revolutions at 50-60rpm
