Working Principle:
The principle of torque transmission is the same as that of torque limiting type. The output shaft speed can be infinitely changed without changing the input shaft speed. This is achieved by changing the filling degree of the working oil in the working chamber of the hydraulic coupler. When the guide pipe mouth is close to the rotation axis (i.e. pulling out the guide pipe), the oil ring in the working chamber of the coupler is thickest, that is, the working oil filling degree in the working chamber is the highest. At this time, the output shaft speed is the highest. When the guide pipe mouth is far away from the rotation axis (i.e. inserting the guide pipe), the oil ring is thinnest. The minimum filling degree of working oil in the working chamber results in the lowest output shaft speed. The coupler uses an electric actuator (or hydraulic cylinder) as the actuating element to pull the guide pipe to achieve stepless speed regulation.
