1、 Product Description
ZYS-500/10 water-cooled transformer has the characteristics of strong heat dissipation ability, small size, and low cost, and is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, electrolysis, electroplating, and high current use, as well as places with high environmental temperatures.

2、 Product Features
The ZYS-500/10 water-cooled transformer core adopts high-quality grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, and the core columns and yokes adopt multi-stage stepped stacked circular or rectangular cross-sections. Use channel steel as clamps on both sides of the upper and lower iron yokes, and clamp the iron core through yoke screws. The primary coil is generally cylindrical, while the secondary coil is made of copper tube wrapped in a pancake shape, with the coil's outlet connected to a fixed copper wire.

3、 Applicable environment
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters, and the temperature of the surrounding medium shall not be higher than 40 ℃ or lower than 0 ℃. When the above normal usage conditions are exceeded, corresponding quota adjustments should be made according to the national standard GB6450-86;
