Installation
The solenoid valve should be installed vertically on a horizontal pipeline, and the direction of medium flow should be consistent with the arrow direction indicated by the solenoid valve.
The input voltage for coil operation must be consistent with the rated voltage indicated on the coil. Never allow the solenoid coil to be removed from the valve when it is powered on, in order to prevent the coil from burning out.
When welding electromagnetic valve welded pipes with system pipes, the following points must be noted:
Remove the solenoid coil from the valve and wrap it around the valve body with a damp cloth or cotton yarn to protect it from overheating and damaging the valve components during welding.
Please pay attention to the direction of the welding gun flame during welding.
It is best to use high silver welding rods for welding.
The solenoid valve with a manual lever must first rotate the manual lever to open the valve, and then conduct a system air tightness test to avoid damaging the diaphragm.
