FDF-MG series solenoid valveDetailed product description:Column tabs
Overview
FDF-MG solenoid valve is a new type of solenoid valve developed for R410A refrigerant, used in liquid pipelines, suction pipelines, and hot steam pipelines, as well as other fluorides.

characteristic
FDF-MG type solenoid valve is a servo type solenoid valve, suitable for liquid pipelines, suction pipelines, and hot steam pipelines of fluoride refrigerants.
Electromagnetic valves are suitable for refrigeration, freezing, and air conditioning units.
There are various AC and DC voltage coils to choose from.
Suitable for R410A and other HCFCs, HFC refrigerants (except R717) and compatible lubricating oils.
The applicable working fluid temperature is -40 ℃ to+105 ℃, and the highest temperature during defrosting is+130 ℃.
Applicable ambient temperature range: -40 ℃ to+55 ℃.
The maximum working pressure is 45 bar.
Hydraulic resistance strength ≥ 68bar.
UL/CUL certification is available.

The nominal cooling capacity of liquid and suction is: The nominal cooling capacity of hot gas operating conditions are:
Evaporation temperature te=4.4 ℃ Condensation temperature tc=+40 ℃
The liquid temperature in front of the valve is t1=38 ℃, and the pressure drop across the valve is Δ P=0.8bar
By reducing the pressure of R134a Δ P=0.15bar through the solenoid valve, the temperature of the hot steam th=+65 ℃
R22, R404A, R507, R407c, R410A Δ P=0.21bar Liquid refrigerant subcooling Δ tsub=4K

Installation
The solenoid valve should be installed vertically on a horizontal pipeline, and the direction of medium flow should be consistent with the arrow direction indicated by the solenoid valve.
The input voltage for coil operation must be consistent with the rated voltage indicated on the coil. Never allow the solenoid coil to be removed from the valve when it is powered on, in order to prevent the coil from burning out.
When welding electromagnetic valve welded pipes with system pipes, the following points must be noted:
Remove the solenoid coil from the valve and wrap it around the valve body with a damp cloth or cotton yarn to protect it from overheating and damaging the valve components during welding.
Please pay attention to the direction of the welding gun flame during welding.
It is best to use high silver welding rods for welding.
The solenoid valve with a manual lever must first rotate the manual lever to open the valve, and then conduct a system air tightness test to avoid damaging the diaphragm.
