Overview: The TCLE/TRFE series thermal expansion valve is a detachable expansion valve suitable for a wide range of fields such as air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, transportation air conditioning, and refrigeration. Features: The spliced structure is simple and easy to repair. Simply unscrew the fixing bolts to replace the power head and valve core. Stable overheating has excellent performance. MOP (motor overload protection) function can be provided. We can provide various sizes and forms of connectors. Suitable for R22, R134a, R407C, R404A/R507 refrigerants and other media.

Note: The nominal cooling capacity is based on an evaporation temperature of te=4.4 ℃, a condensation temperature of tc=40 ℃, and a refrigerant temperature in front of the valve of t1=37.8 ℃.

The factory setting for superheat adjustment is 3.4K, and the static superheat adjustment range is 2-8K. Turning the adjustment lever counterclockwise once reduces the superheat by 0.3K.
