Overview
The WK series temperature controller is a pressure type temperature control device widely used in kitchen refrigerators, cold storage, display cabinets, ice cream machines, and other equipment.
Installation Instructions
The temperature sensor of the temperature controller should be placed in the controlled temperature area, where the air should be unobstructed and accurately reflect the air temperature in the controlled area. However, it should be noted that in cold storage using air coolers for ventilation and cooling, the temperature sensing bag should be placed at the return air outlet rather than at the cold air outlet.
The capillary tube connecting the temperature sensing package and the controller body should not pass through other areas with lower temperatures than the controlled area, nor should it come into contact with other pipelines.
During installation, the bending radius of the capillary tube shall not be less than 60mm, and the capillary tube shall be fixed with clips spaced 300mm apart.
By turning the knob of the main adjusting screw and the differential screw (the positioning plate should be unscrewed before rotation), the temperature and temperature difference control values can be adjusted by comparing the indicated values.
