Overview
The UHS-G series sight glass is widely used as a container accessory and pipeline accessory in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food. It can observe the flow and reaction of liquid, gas, steam, and other media in pipelines at any time, playing a role in monitoring production and avoiding accidents during the production process. The allowable deviation of the center distance between the bolt holes and the clamping ring of the mirror joint edge is ± 0.6mm; the allowable deviation of the center distance between any two holes is ± 1mm.
The general tolerance for linear dimensions is in accordance with the requirements of GB "General Tolerances - Unspecified Tolerances for Linear Dimensions".
The material used to manufacture the sight glass complies with the relevant provisions of GB "Steel Pressure Vessels".
The maximum operating temperature of the mirror is 200 ℃, and the heat-resistant sudden change temperature is 180 ℃.
