Overview
The JBQ-80/-90 type water accumulation alarm is mainly used in large and medium-sized thin oil lubrication systems to automatically control the water accumulation in the oil tank, ensuring the lowest water content in the lubrication system oil, extending the service life of the host, and improving the economic benefits of the enterprise.

Main technical parameters of JBQ-80/-90 series water accumulation alarm
1. The water accumulation alarm is connected to the fuel tank to form a connector, and the center line of the float is always on the oil-water interface, with a deviation of ≤± 2mm.
When sending an alarm, the height error of the water surface should not exceed ± 2mm.
When the sewage (water) valve is opened, the height error of the water surface shall not exceed ± 2mm.

working principle
When using the JBQ-80/-90 series water accumulation alarm, it is connected to the bottom of the fuel tank through a shut-off valve. During operation, the shut-off valve is always in the open state, forming a connection between the water accumulation alarm and the fuel tank.
When the water accumulation in the fuel tank gradually increases, the float in the water accumulation alarm rises accordingly. When the top line of the float reaches the low control point, the reed switch contact closes, and the red light of the lubrication system electric air box lights up (indicating that there is a certain amount of water accumulation in the fuel tank). When the top line of the float reaches the high control point, the other reed switch contact closes, and the lubrication system electric control box sends an electric sound signal (indicating that the water accumulation in the fuel tank has reached an unacceptable height). At the same time, the drainage solenoid valve is powered on and opened for automatic drainage. When the float drops below the low control point, the solenoid valve is powered off and closed, and the drainage process ends. At the same time, the red light goes out. When the water accumulation in the fuel tank increases again in the future, the above process is repeated, forming automatic.
If there is no electronic control part, replace the drainage solenoid valve with a shut-off valve to manually drain water based on the electric sound alarm signal emitted when the float reaches the high control point.
