Overview

structural characteristics
The water separator adopts a bottom mounted structure because the crude oil or similar media in the oil pipeline contain water or other heavy phase liquids, which will cause sedimentation during transportation or storage. If not ruled out, it will directly affect the quality of the oil and seriously damage the oil equipment. Therefore, after installing the water separator at the bottom of the pipeline, the heavy phase medium will deposit at the bottom of the transportation system, that is, inside the water separator, due to gravity. The medium in the water separator gradually rises from the full oil level to the oil-water boundary level. When the oil-water level reaches the upper limit, it can be manually discharged or automatically discharged under the control of a small system (non-standard).
This type of liquid level gauge has a wide visual range, no blind spots, a simple structure, and can withstand pressure, high temperature, acid, and alkali. It is very easy to install and maintain.

Installation and Usage
This liquid level gauge is a precision instrument, and should be handled with care during transportation, handling, unpacking, and installation. Do not hit or knock the glass tube to prevent damage.
After the upper and lower flanges of the container are connected, if the liquid level inside the container is high, the quartz tube should be preheated for about half an hour before it can be put into operation to prevent the glass tube from bursting. When using, open the upper valve first and then slowly open the lower valve to allow the liquid to flush the inner wall of the glass tube. At this time, there is no liquid in the liquid level gauge, and the red part with liquid is green. If there is a dual medium, there is a white float at the stratification point.
During installation, the two flanges on the equipment must be on the same plane.
When the quartz level gauge is operating normally, the valve stem should retract at least 4 revolutions (to prevent the steel ball from touching the top of the valve stem), ensuring automatic sealing of the steel ball.
