I. Overview

The iron furnace blower was designed by Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1976 and has been gradually improved and restructured by manufacturers into a specialized series of products. He is widely used in various types of iron furnaces such as 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, and 15 tons/hour. It can also be selected for use based on its performance. The conveying medium is limited to air and gases that are non corrosive, unnatural, and do not contain non viscous substances. The temperature should not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust and hard particles contained in the gas should not exceed 150 milligrams per cubic meter.
This series of iron furnace blowers replaces the 8-18-11 high-pressure ventilation fan and Roots blower, with two outstanding characteristics of energy saving and noise reduction. It also has the characteristics of easy use, maintenance, low price, and less motor overload. Practice has proved that this series of centrifugal blowers is suitable for most iron furnaces in China and has high economic indicators.
