The XMVT series intelligent light column/digital valve position feedback (externally given) PID controller can be adapted to various thermocouples, thermistors, Hall transmitters, resistance remote pressure gauges, as well as signals sent by various flow, pressure, liquid level and other sensors and transmitters, for single loop single parameter PID adjustment. This series of products is a high-tech product that integrates PID regulation, manual controller, and servo amplifier functions.
The main features and functions of the XMVT series intelligent light column/digital valve position feedback (externally given) PID controller are:
1. Through simple software and hardware settings, parameters such as input scale, measurement range, decimal point position, PID control parameters, etc. can be selected and set. All set parameters can be permanently saved and data will not be lost in case of power failure.
2. Can program upper and lower limit control functions for relay control output; Each control value can be set within the full range.
3. Adopting advanced fully automatic digital calibration, precision calibration can be conveniently and quickly carried out without the need for potentiometer adjustment. This improves the stability and consistency of the instrument.
4. Equipped with PID parameter self-tuning function; The setting of PID parameters can be divided into two methods: self-tuning and manual tuning. The control cycle can be adjusted as required.
5. It has self diagnostic functions for faults such as over range, wire breakage, resistance breakage, and couple breakage indication.
6. It has isolated analog transmission output signals of 0~10mA, 4~20mA, 0~5V, and 1~5V. The analog transmission value can be programmed arbitrarily within the measurement range.
7. The display mode of the digital valve position feedback PID regulator is dual screen digital display, with a four digit high brightness digital tube on the main screen displaying the measured values; Four high brightness digital tubes on the secondary screen display control set values or valve position feedback signals. The display mode of the light column/digital valve position feedback PID controller is dual screen digital display+dual light column display, which respectively displays the measured value and the control set value or valve position feedback signal.
8. The control output of this series of products can directly control the opening and closing action of electric regulating valves or the stroke of electric valve positioners.
9. This series of products has manual/automatic disturbance free switching function and manual operation function.
10. It can be equipped with an isolated serial communication interface, and the transmission rate can be freely set through buttons. It can communicate bidirectionally with various devices with input/output communication functions and form a network control system.
11. Each set parameter and debugging parameter can be locked with a password, which can prevent accidental operation.
12. Instrument power supply mode: 220V AC linear power supply, 220V AC switch mode power supply, 24V DC switch mode power supply, or other user specific requirements.
