The AKY series pressure switch is an automatic control and protection device that is an electrical switch that closes or opens the circuit according to changes in pressure. It is used to match ships, refrigeration equipment, and other industrial equipment with actuators, and to control the pressure of gases, vapors, or liquids in a two position manner.

Working principle of AKY series pressure switch
When the pressure of the controlled system rises or falls, the corresponding adjustment spring and bellows of the controller produce displacement of extension or contraction, and the switch action is pushed by the lever to cut off or connect the control circuit, thus achieving the purpose of two position control of the medium pressure.  

AKY series pressure switch installation instructions
1. There are two installation forms for this series of pressure controllers:
a) Transitional installation with mounting plate: When using this method of installation, it should be noted that the length of the four M4 mounting screws used should not exceed 6 millimeters (this specification of screws is randomly shipped as an accessory).
b) Direct installation with controller body: When installing this method, attention should be paid to placing two φ 6 flat washers on each installation hole between the bottom of the controller housing and the installation surface.
2. When installing the connecting pipe of the controller, it should be noted that one wrench should never be used to directly tighten the connecting nut. Two wrenches must be used to tighten both ends of the controller's air pipe joint and the connecting nut at the same time to ensure that the controller is not damaged. In addition, the expansion of the connecting copper pipe should be in a soft state (annealed).
3. When wiring electrical circuits, it is necessary to carefully read the wiring diagram of the controller before wiring to prevent the controller from malfunctioning.
