Scope of application:
The CZ0228 explosion-proof junction box has a die cast aluminum alloy shell, coated with pure epoxy resin powder on the surface, and exposed fasteners made of stainless steel, which can meet the anti-corrosion requirements of chemical, petrochemical, and offshore industries. It is used as a lighting fixture, lighting, signal power wire and cable connection and branching function.

The CZ0228 explosion-proof junction box is mainly composed of an upper cover and a base. The wiring board inside the box is made of melamine arc resistant plastic, and there are four terminal posts for connecting wires. The cable entry on the base is designed with pipe threads, and each entrance is equipped with rubber sealing gaskets, metal gaskets, and blind gaskets. The junction box is equipped with internal and external grounding screws.
The junction box is divided into cable wiring and steel pipe wiring. Tighten the hollow screw and press the cable tightly; The steel pipe wiring is compressed by a pipe joint, and the internal thread at the front end of the pipe joint is a pipe thread.
