I. Overview
The GZX92 high-voltage high resistance box is developed and produced in accordance with relevant documents such as JJG622-97 Insulation Resistance Meter (Megohmmeter) Verification Regulations and JJG166-93 DC Resistance Verification Regulations. The device is designed with independent leakage shielding terminals and grounding terminals; Fully meet the requirements of JJG622-97 Insulation Resistance Meter Verification Regulations and JJG163-93 DC Resistance Verification Regulations. It can not only be used to calibrate various types of pointer type insulation resistance meters, but also as a standard for calibrating digital insulation resistance meters, insulation resistance testers, and as a high-value resistor for DC standards. Has a long technical and mechanical lifespan.

5. Insulation resistance
The insulation resistance between the circuit of the GZX92 high-voltage high resistance box and any other external metal that is not electrically connected to the circuit, measured at nominal voltage, shall not be less than 5T Ω.

6. Insulation strength
The circuit of the high-voltage high resistance box and the reference grounding point for testing should be able to withstand an actual sine wave AC voltage of 11kV with a frequency of 45-65Hz for 1 minute without breakdown or arcing.

7. The residual resistance at the output end of the high-voltage high resistance box is less than 0.1 Ω, and its variation is less than 0.01 Ω.

3、 Principle and Structure
1. The high-voltage high resistance box consists of nine decimal resistor disks and one fixed resistor.
2. The high resistance box is made of specially designed high-strength insulation material, which is a sealed light pressure switch with high insulation resistance, low contact resistance, long service life, and no need for cleaning. The action process of the switch is to first turn on and then turn off, and there will be no open circuit during the measurement process, fully meeting the requirements of Article 15.1.6 of JJG662-97 Insulation Resistance Meter Verification Regulations.
